Step 1: WHEEL THE WRAPPA TO THE PALLET TO DO THE JOB!
Here is a breif list of ROCHE WRAPPA safety considerations explained. 1/Avoiding benbing down to the ground while lifting a roll of wrap, the ROCHE WRAPPA carries the roll of wrap in the dispensing carriage and is of course, quite mobile, wheely!
This means only leaning downward in the direction you wish to travel, which is forwards, not backwards as when wrapping by hand.
2/ The carriage is supported by two lifting handles that share the weight of the roll and carriage so you only lift half of the weight when adjusting the wrap height.
3/ The ROCHE WRAPPA is light enough for use by either gender using either hand!
4/ When at height the ROCHE WRAPPA includes a lower brake handle for easy steering, tension control within ergonomic reach
5/ The ROCHE WRAPPA has an adequate base for stability but not so wide as to not fit wherever shoulders can walk comfortably.
6/ All functions are passive, There are no whinch, counterbalancess or springs to fail or injure the user.
7/ At 24kg the ROCHE WRAPPA is light enough to josstle over bumps without tipping over or damaging itself.
8/ With the built-in wrap cutter safely concealed between the little seperator bullet and the cutter tube there is little chance of fingers being in contact witht the cutter. Also it is not that sharp to slice through tensioned plastic film which parts easily when given a start.
9/ Where hands or closer-veiwing heads may be misplaced under operating parts, tall models include a drop-stop brake that arrests carriage descent in the event of a cable breakage at height. No breakage has yet occured during normal carrying of the roll on the carriage.
Above is as low as an operator needs to reach.
The control handle sits at 680mm high as its lowest position.
